Our Property and Business team has wide experience in all aspects of property transactions, and have particular expertise in the operation of Family and Trading Trusts. We are experienced in preparing and negotiating commercial leases, and small business sales and purchases. The importance of asset protection and ownership structures (both personal and business) is an area of particular interest to the property and business team. We also assist clients with estate planning, including preparing wills and powers of attorney, and the administration of estates.

Our Family Law team has expertise in all aspects of this specialist area, and can offer practical, solution focussed advice to resolving clients’ issues. Our work in the area of parenting and contact covers the full range of disputes experienced by people trying to resolve issues following separation. We have the expertise to act in all levels of litigation before the Family Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal if Court proceedings are required. In terms of Employment Law, we understand this area has become an increasingly difficult for both employees and employers.
